Information Technology

Mission:

We the IT office of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Syracuse, strives to support and empower our fellow ministries through the judicious application of available technologies.  We have the privilege of being a component of each of those ministries, and a responsibility, ultimately to the people they serve.

 

Services:

This office provides technical support for Diocesan administration offices as well as maintains this website and email services for diocesan administration employees.

The Office of Information Systems also provides consulting and troubleshooting of mission critical applications to parishes.  For a list of general guidlines parishes are expected to follow with regards to technology, please reference the technology section of the Standard Operating Proceedures for Parishes Wiki.
