Business Administrator Position Opening
St. Margaret’s Church and School seeks applicants for a full time 37 1/2 hours a week position. Duties include: bookkeeping for parish and school, maintain account receivables and payables, payroll, personnel files and cash receipts. Also balance accounts, ledgers, reconcile bank statements, prepare financial statements, budget and Diocese reports. Must have experience with QuickBooks and Excel. Benefits are available. Enrollment Director for the Catholic Schools of Broome County will coordinate activities related to attracting and enrolling students grades K - 12. The Director is responsible for achieving the system-wide annual enrollment and retention goals.
