Pastoral Associate of Volunteer Ministry (23 hour max week) General Statement of Duties: The Pastoral Associate of Volunteer Ministry: functions as an integral member of the parish staff, sharing in the responsibility with the pastor by assessing the needs of ministry coordinators. The position is more of a generalist than a specialist, working under the direction of the pastor in responding to the spiritual, pastoral, and educational needs of ministries within the linkage of Christ the King and Pope John XXIII.
