Program Director of Cabrini Team Health - Catholic Schools: The Program Director of Cabrini Team Health for the Catholic Schools will be a full time exempt position reporting to the Superintendent of Schools.  This position is intended to create a Diocesan plan to foster coordination and collaboration towards driving improvement of the social determinants leading to improved community health and educational achievement within Catholic schools.   The director will work with lead not-for-profits in the region, health & wellness providers and federally qualified health centers (FQHC) to assess how to address gaps, emerging needs, link collaborations and support development of proposals for funding and related service.  Please see attached for the full job description.  All interested candidates should send their resume to rsmith@syrdio.org.

St Margaret’s Church of Homer is seeking a Parish Pastoral Associate to share duties with the pastor. We are seeking an energetic and personable individual with strong organizational skills. The ministry of the pastoral associate is comprehensive, relating to all aspects of parish life. The candidate will share responsibilities of the day to day operation of the parish office working closely with the parish office manager. Responsibilities will include oversight of Faith Formation programs (grades 1-10), Youth Ministry as well as RCIA. The appropriate candidate will also assist with baptismal and wedding preparations and liturgical responsibilities including scheduling liturgical ministers, planning funeral liturgies and training new liturgical ministers. Candidate may be a deacon, religious or lay person.
