Catholic Charismatic Renewal invites all people to experience the Holy Spirit who opens us to a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ and the love of the Father. The Holy Spirit empowers us for personal holiness, renewed Catholic life, and evangelization.
The office of the Charismatic Renewal for the Diocese of Syracuse will be able to assist you in setting up a prayer group in your parish and conducting Life in the Spirit Seminars for your prayer group. We are eager to provide information in regards to understanding the gifts of the Holy Spirit in your life and the life of your parish community.

Power & Purpose 2025
Has your prayer life gotten a little dry? Does the lockdown for COVID still have you weary of going out? Has the Holy Spirit taken a back seat to your busy days? That is why the Renewal Office is an ambassador for the Franciscan University of Steubenville’s adult conference this June 20 – 22! The theme year is “The Fullness of Joy!” from Romans 15:13! By attending this conference, it will be your opportunity to have your faith renewed, your heart set on fire, and your life transformed by a renewed encounter with the Holy Spirit. We are encouraging as many people from the Diocese to take this opportunity in the Jubilee Year 2025 to be pilgrims of hope!

Mass Times
Western Region: There will be Charismatic Mass with Healing on the First Monday of the month, except for September, due to Labor Day, it will be on September 16th at St. Daniel Church, 3004 Court Street, Syracuse. The evening will begin at 5:00 PM with a Hour Hour with confession available and the Mass will begin at 6:00 PM. There will be praise and worship, teachings, and testimonies. Eastern: There will be a Charismatic Mass with Healing, 5:45 pm Prayer & Praise, 6:00 pm Mass 2nd Monday of month starting September 9th at Mary, Mother of Our Savior Parish, 1736 Burrstone Road, New Hartford
