- After you have called 911 to report suspected child abuse by a priest, deacon, member of a religious community, diocesan lay employee, volunteer, or member of your diocesan community.
- If you suspect or observe incidents of inappropriate behavior with minors by a priest, deacon, member of a religious community, diocesan lay employee, volunteer, or member of your diocesan community.
- If there is a sex offender in your diocesan community.
- If you suspect a predator is present within your diocesan community.
