IN-PERSON SAFE ENVIRONMENT TRAINING DURING COVID-19
In-person initial Safe Environment training sessions are suspended until further notice. Individuals who need to attend the initial Safe Environment training, except for volunteers with suspended credentials, will be given additional time to complete the training requirement. The grace period will be determined upon the resolution of the health crisis.
ONLINE SAFE ENVIRONMENT TRAINING DURING COVID-19
The Office of Safe Environment is offering online initial training sessions for those required or interested to attend. Below is a list of training dates and times. (The training schedule is updated regularly with additional dates and times.)
Pre-registration is required. Sessions are limited to 25 participants on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Participants must have the Zoom application downloaded to their computer or tablet to participate in online training.
Participants must have a computer, laptop, or tablet with a camera and microphone to participate in online training sessions. Cell phones may not be used to participate in the training session.
Registration for the initial training sessions will close five (5) business days before the training session to allow time to mail training packets to participants’ homes before the training session.
If you must cancel your registration and/or need to reschedule for another date and time, please contact the Office of Safe Environment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Safe Environment Training will be on hiatus from June 25th through July 18th. Safe Environment Training will resume the week of July 19th.
